Turnkey solutions
Systems can be designed to exacting specifications or supplied off the shelf for sale or long term lease for process plant, control facilities or storage. G3 Systems can build, maintain and service these passive containerised units at both on and offshore sites. Our in-house designers have specialist knowledge across all the sectors in which we work, including medical facilities, offices, accommodation, recreational areas, shops, warehousing, stores and ablutions. Buildings can be flat-packed to reduce transport costs and are easy to build and install on site by our teams across the globe. Containerised and pre-fabricated buildings are flexible enough to cope with the potential growth of any installation and can be developed to provide extensions to existing buildings. The containerised buildings can be completely modular or of steel prefabrication and can be joined together to create larger open plan spaces, placed on top, or at the side. System components can be delivered fully pre-configured to reduce on-site construction times and minimize logistical complexity.
Finishing and internal specifications
We supply a full range of external cladding, finishing and over-roof solutions to enhance the appearance of facilities and increase their durability. Window and door systems in self coloured UPVC, natural timber, colour coated aluminium, and steel can be specified. Internal and external security equipment and facilities can also be provided. These buildings and facilities are designed to last from 5 to 20 years depending on type and can include a broad variety of fixtures and fittings.
From air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and plumbing to fire prevention and security systems, our installation services ensure that buildings provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. We also supply all aspects of environmental services, including grey and black water recycling, environmental impact assessments and environmental planning. We provide these services both on a stand-alone basis and as an integral part of any project. By combining these services with installation and commissioning, we provide an integrated service which ensures that each facility is handed over to the client on time and to budget often.
Through life support
We go beyond the final delivery of a project to provide ongoing care and support which ensures our clients achieve maximum returns throughout the life of their facility. At the end of a projects life, we manage the dismantling and decommissioning of infrastructure in a safe and responsible manner, our environmental teams then deliver specialist services to restore each site to its original condition and prepare it for a new use.
