Duties:	Responsible for the Purchase Ledger and the Accounts Payable function Input of Purchase Invoices via PO Voucher entry or AP Voucher entry and postings Validation of Purchase Invoices to Purchase Order Obtain authorisation for Purchase Invoices with no PO Inform vendors of invoice/PO discrepancies Liaison with Purchasing/Project Mangers/Good inwards/Vendors in resolution of discrepant invoices and reject notes Answer internal queries in relation to Purchase Ledger Handle vendor enquiries via telephone call or email Collate information for Purchase Ledger pay runs Distribution of remittances to vendors Reconciliation of vendor statements to vendor accounts Maintenance of Vendor EFT and address information. Ensure authorisation for Purchase Invoices with no PO is obtained Run the Accounts Payable month end processes AMEX input on a monthly basis Barclaycard input on a monthly basis Full posting of labour, update burden and commitments

Duties:	An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Engineer, to work on site at deployed locations in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Middle East in support of the Capture, Bids and Proposals team. The main focus of the role is to provide design/engineering input to the Business Development, Bids & Proposals function. Scope of role to include: Interpretation of technical requirements. Design solutions and specification of building services systems. Assessment and liaison with potential suppliers & sub-contractors. Preparation of Work Breakdown Structures, Scopes of Work, Program Plans Estimation of effort & material required for Tasks/Programs. Preparation of competitive Technical Proposals.

Experience required:	Strong and demonstrable experience as Building Services Engineer to UK/EU or US Standards – including Electrical, Safety, HVAC, Water & Waste Systems. Seeking versatile candidates with a broad engineering background, ideally spanning electrical & mechanical disciplines, including Design, Specification, Installation, Test and Commissioning. Specific Building/Civil Construction experience a strong advantage Ability to collate, prepare and present well structured, coherent written specifications and technical documentation. Previous experience in producing Technical Proposals & Bids sought. Structured approach with good attention to detail. Experience in a military operating environment desirable.
