Williams |

G3 Systems
Chairman
 Michael S. Williams has been a member of the
Board of Directors of IAP Worldwide Services since 2004 and
assumed the duties of Chief Executive Officer and a Vice
Chairman of the Board of IAP effective January 18, 2008.
With more than 38 years of experience, Williams has served in a
variety of senior leadership positions in international
commercial markets as well as classified and civil government
markets. From 1993 to 2001, he worked for Lockheed Martin, most
recently as President and General Manager of Lockheed's Systems
and Technology group. In that role, he managed an IT and
communications business providing both services and full
systems, including the former ComSat Laboratories in Clarksburg,
Md., following Lockheed's acquisition of ComSat.
From 1979 to 1993, he worked for General Electric. During that
period, he grew from managing engineering and program management
functions to general P&L management. He also served as Chief
Engineer in the 1980s for several large, high technology
classified businesses. He began his career at the Naval Air
Development Center, actively engaged in large-scale simulation,
lab test, and flight test of aeronautical, avionics, and weapon
control systems from 1968 to 1978.

Deputy Managing
Director for Program Management and Support Operations
 Peter S. Gleave, a Chartered Engineer with more
than 25 years of program and company management expertise, has
been promoted to Deputy Managing Director for Program Management
and Support Operations for G3 Systems Ltd., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc.
Gleave, who most recently worked on assignment for IAP in the
Middle East, will focus on improving G3's efficiency and
effectiveness with a concentration on G3's program management
and business systems and processes.
After leaving the Royal Navy in 1986, Gleave worked initially as
a project manager and latterly in management of several defence
and aerospace companies. In 1996, he co-founded Williams &
Gleave Company Ltd., an ISO 9001 accredited interim management
Company which was acquired by G3 in 2001. Gleave served on the
Board of Directors of G3 and as Operations Director from 2001 to
2006.

Moore |

Secretary of
the Board and Finance Director
 Alan Moore has joined UK subsidiary G3 Systems
as Finance Director based at the UK Head Office in Royston,
Hertfordshire. Alan has worked closely with Cathy Chambers,
International Corporate Controller, for the past few months to
ensure a smooth hand-over. He is a Scottish chartered Accountant
with over 25 years experience in financial management, a
graduate of the University of Edinburgh, and is qualified with
Ernst & Whinney. He has worked as Finance Director in a number
of companies in the UK and France in the fields of engineering,
house-building and business services. At Wind River, a NASDAQ
software-company with headquarters near San Francisco, Alan was
European Director of Finance looking after the Finance Team and
supporting the sales organization in twelve European countries.
Alan is married with one son. He enjoys spending time with his
family, gardening and visiting historic gardens.

Director
 Murray Wildman joined G3 Systems as Defence
Adviser in 2001 and was appointed a non-executive Director in
2003. An engineer by profession, he spent the majority of his
military career in the logistics and equipment support fields
both as a staff officer and in field force appointments. He
retired from the British Army after 34 years service in August
2001.
His most recent military appointments included Director General
Whole Fleet Management, MOD London, where he formulated Army and
Defence Whole Fleet Management Policy and developed new concepts
for the management of Defence land based equipments; Defence
Adviser to British High Commissioner in South Africa, where he
advised the British High Commissioner on Defence and Security
matters affecting relations between the UK and South Africa in
particular and in the region in general; and Director of
Equipment Support in the Quartermaster General’s
Department, where he planned the integrated logistic support for
all new Army equipments and associated engineering support and
logistic information systems.
After leaving the Army he established his own defence
consultancy company, Defence Business Solutions Limited,
concentrating on helping small to medium defence companies with
strategy, logistic support, advising on equipment orientated
matters and doing business with the UK Armed Forces. He
undertakes peer reviews, red team activity and writes executive
summaries for company tenders for UK MoD contracts. He is a
regular contributor to Defence Conferences both as a chairman
and speaker.

| Dwight
Clark |

Director
 Dwight Clark is the Senior Vice President of
Strategic Initiatives for IAP Worldwide Services. Clark has
extensive experience in facilities programming, design,
construction, operations, and project management. He has more
than 35 years of facility engineering and program successes, an
in-depth understanding of workforce and resources required to
operate and maintain infrastructure and facilities, and a broad
perspective and technical expertise gained from environmental
and university teaching experiences and working with foreign
governments.
Clark completed 27 years of service with the Air Force and 9
years in private industry including work with the Public Service
Company of New Mexico. He directed the implementation of the Air
Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and led RMS
(Readiness Management Support, LC) to the successful completion
of more than 90 task orders at numerous worldwide locations and
won the re-bid of the AFCAP contract.

Hamm |

Director
 Ed Hamm is the Senior
Vice President of Operations Support and Chief of Staff for IAP
Worldwide Services. Hamm is responsible for the executive
leadership and management of the Corporate Operations Support
Team including Environmental, Safety and Health; Quality and
Productivity; Information Technology; Small Business; and
Facilities and Travel. Prior to joining IAP, Ed was Director of
Corporate Management for the Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, and he served as Chief Deputy to the Commander for all
aspects of corporate management. This assignment culminated his
30 years of commissioned service in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer
Corps.

Smith |

Technical
Director
 A qualified Marine Engineer, who has spent many
years in the Defence industry working for Ferranti, Marconi,
Thompson-Marconi (and Thales predominantly in the Sonar field,
latterly in Training Systems) before joining Williams &
Gleave (G3) in 2000 as a Technical Project Manager and G3
Systems in 2001, responsible for Project Management and Deputy
Operations Director.
Iain has been Technical Director for G3 Systems since 2005,
responsible for the Engineering Team, technical innovation,
technical compliance and professional standards
He has a wide range of interests outside of the Company (mainly
associated with his family) and is physically fit (active in
mind and body).
He is an absolutely key member of the G3 Systems Team.

Wakeman |

Director of
Operations
 Tony joined the British Army and was
commissioned into the Royal Engineers in 1985. He undertook the
Professional Engineer Training Course, attended the Junior
Command and Staff Course and subsequently was posted to Germany.
On promotion to Major, he assumed Command of a Mechanised Field
Squadron and1996 he was posted to Military Works Force as Second
in Command of 523 Specialist Team Royal Engineers (Works). He
Commanded 62 (Cyprus) Support Squadron Royal Engineers in
Cyprus, where he was awarded the MBE, 529 Specialist Team Royal
Engineers (Air Support), supporting the Royal Air Force
worldwide operations, returning to Military Works Force in 2001
as SO2 Operations. Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel he assumed
command of 63 Works Group Royal Engineers and was subsequently
awarded the OBE. In 2004, he was posted to the UK Permanent
Joint Headquarters as the Senior Operational Infrastructure
Staff Officer responsible for planning, programming and
budgeting of infrastructure in support of UK military
operations. Tony joined G3 Systems in January 2007.
Tony is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of
Civil Engineers. He enjoys skiing and sailing and is currently
building his own boat. He is married and has two children.

Brian is an accomplished commercial manager with extensive
experience. His career commenced as an electronics engineer in
the Royal Air Force, then moving in to the "commercial world"
working for EEV Ltd (part of the then Marconi Group) as
Government Contracts Manager responsible for all Government
production, research and development contracts and similar for
other agencies, such as ESA and NAMSA. This was followed by a
period at MSI Defence Systems as Commercial Manager with
complete commercial responsibility for all shelter projects to
Primes, UK MoD and overseas customers.
Brian is experienced in company security control (List X) and
Export Licensing Control.
At G3 Systems, Brian has overall commercial responsibility for
all matters relating to sales, leasing, purchase and teaming,
covering all UK and overseas projects to commercial and
government customers.
Brian is married with two grown up children.

Little |

Director of
Engineering Management Systems
 Jeff Little was born in 1955 in Glossop in the
Peak District of Derbyshire. He joined the Army in 1974 and was
commissioned as an officer following training at the Royal
Military Academy at Sandhurst.
A military logistician by trade, he spent many years in defence
acquisition and project management. His career finished at the
rank of Brigadier, then Director of his Corps of over 15,000
soldiers.
He has commanded at every level from troop through to regiment
and has served extensively overseas including tours in Bosnia,
Kosovo, Iraq and Northern Ireland.
He is married to Sally, a management consultant.
